UCAS Covid Statement

Students suffered considerable impact on their learning during September 2020 – 2022. During the first national lockdown between March and July 2020, students received lessons in the form of pre-recorded powerpoints and worksheets. At this stage, students did not receive learning via live lessons. During the second national lockdown, between January to March 2021, students received their education via live lessons. In addition to national closures, Arthur Terry needed to close this cohort bubble Y12 between 10th to 16th November & 28th June to 2nd July, again students received remote live lessons during this time. If a student had to isolate outside of these periods they received their education via a mixture of live lessons and pre-recorded powerpoints.
